Beginner Flow Yoga - Sun Salutations
Join us for a beginner Flow yoga class on Monday nights @ 5pm starting June 2nd until June 30th. This class is great for new yogis and those that have been practicing, but would like to polish off their form and poses. For the month of June we will be focusing on the sun salutation cycle, a great, simple routine that can be done at home once you learn the proper form for each pose. This class will be held at the M.Y. Bodywork studio and will be limited to 6 people due to space and to allow for more one on one form adjustments. Space is limited so please call, text or email to RSVP a spot. All Yoga classes are $15 unless otherwise stated. This class does require getting onto the floor and back up repetitively.
